Not Bad Clothing aims to dispatch in stock items within 24 hours, some may take up to 3-5 working days.


SALES RETURNS

NO RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON SALES – e.g Black Friday, End of Year or Boxing Day Domestic orders – New Zealand


All domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch, however please allow up to 8 working days for your order to arrive. If shipped rural please allow for an extra 2-3 working days on top of the estimated time.


International orders – Australia

RETURNS
Only full priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange under the consumer guarantee act. All sale items are final.
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There is a handling fee of $19.99 for all returns and exchanges.

To complete your return, please submit your return request to our email. You’ll need your order number and contact details handy.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 working days.
